  Took in 2 laptops for repair. The 1st one needed the power outlet repaired and I wanted Windows 7 restored from the Microsoft Windows 10 automatic upgrade and the 2nd one had a disc error and I wanted to recover the data on a new disc.. Quoted cost was $80.00 for 1st laptop and it would be ready the next day. They said it would a couple of days for the 2nd laptop and they would call me with a cost estimate. What I got the 1st laptop back I discovered that's not worth 80 cents. It has a damaged screen, a power on button that doesn't always engage, and a bootleg copy of Windows 7 with no Microsoft Software. I have called their phone numbers, one has been disconnected, the others go to voice mail. I have been to their shop twice, there is a note on the door with a phone number that nobody answers.. They still have my 2nd laptop.
